Elementary Education
Prerequisite: None

A continuation of K9 kindergarten or for dogs and their people with no formal obedience training. Elementary Education is broken down into two separate sections; one for puppies six months of age and younger and the other for dogs and puppies seven months of age and older. All dogs participating in this class must be current on their vaccinations including rabies when eligible.

Short lecture periods on topics such as appropriate toys and dog safety are added to a fun class environment where games are used to assist the learning process. In addition to manner and behavior cues, the humans in class learn some basic pet first aid to assist their companion animals is the event of an emergency until they can get medical care. Exercises taught include; sit, down, stay; walking politely on lead, recall and many more…..this is NOT your typical obedience class! Following this class many students graduate to Mattie's Middle School or our CGC Class.  Tuition: $175
